Nog geen ervaring als Operator? Geen probleem! Kom je uit de horeca, logistiek, winkel of een andere branche? Jij bent van harte welkom: we leiden je graag op tot Operator. Als Operator ben jij de specialist die zorgt voor de juiste smaak, kleur en kwaliteit. Jij:

• Stelt rookinstallaties in, bedient ze en houdt het proces scherp in de gaten;
• Draagt de volledige verantwoordelijkheid voor het rookproces volgens vaste recepturen en kwaliteitseisen;
• Signaleert afwijkingen en grijpt direct in waar nodig.

• Een goed salaris tussen €2.692 en €3.363 bruto per maand afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring;
• Je komt vanaf dag één bij ons in dienst en maakt direct deel uit van het team;
• Reiskostenvergoeding vanaf 10 kilometer enkele reis;
• 24 vakantiedagen per jaar en 8% vakantietoeslag;
• Een eindejaarsuitkering van 3,25%;

Let’s make something special
As an Operator, you make sure our production line keeps running smoothly and our products make their way to supermarkets.No experience as an Operator yet? No problem! Do you have experience in hospitality, logistics, retail or another industry? You’re more than welcome. We’ll train you to become an Operator.

As an Operator, you are the specialist responsible for achieving the right taste, colour and quality. You:

• Set up and operate smoking installations and closely monitor the process;
• Take full responsibility for the smoking process according to set recipes and quality standards;
• Identify deviations and take immediate action when necessary.

We give you something special

• A good salary between €2,692 and €3,363 gross per month, depending on your knowledge and experience;
• You will join us from day one and immediately become part of the team;
• Travel allowance from 10 km one-way;
• 24 vacation days per year and 8% holiday allowance;
• A 3.25% year-end bonus;

• Working in a chilled production environment is no problem for you;
• You are flexible and don’t mind occasionally working in the evenings or on Saturdays. Of course, you’ll receive an additional allowance for this.
